Perfect stay with great little touches in the cabin for your stay

Loved this little cabin, the interior was lovely, really good quality and very clean! It was easy to find and well sign posted. The cabin is very peaceful and private which we loved. The only downside to the cabin was the heat.. reading the reviews we expected it to be hot but the air-con situation in the WA summer heat is unfortunately just not good enough :( it made it quite unbearable for us to enjoy. We were really excited to lay and look out of the huge window but the second we opened the blinds (even early in the morning) the cabin would heat up instantly. There also wasn’t any shade outside to escape, maybe something can be put up so you can sit out on the picnic bench? We understand it’s solar powered so air-con is limited, however, this cabin is not cheap so I would expect it to have some sort of backup in place for the summer days. I would 100000% recommend for the winter months!! It was beautiful just wish we could have relaxed and enjoyed it more without overheating! :)

Myself and my pooch decided to take a couple nights away from everything and enjoy some peace to ourselves. Was a little drive to the location but great because it’s private! Had to park abit further away as I didn’t have a 4WD, so the trek up the hill with our belongings was tiresome but got there in the end. The cabin was lovely and had a great view of the area. The sunset watching over us was amazing! Was great listening to the birds during the day. Only small things to be prepared for - not much phone signal so couldn’t get much response from hosts or others if something happened. Also be ready for bugs in the evening, they tend to pester the bedside lights which ended up with small flies on the bed.
