Perfect place for a ski vacation. One block from Smith's grocery and easy access to Wasatch Blvd and the ski areas. Very important on a powder day.

We had a great stay at Nate's place. It was quiet and clean with all the basic necessities that you need to be comfortable. The black out shades where great and the beds/pillows were super comfortable. The garage and parking were so convenient. There was amply space for our family of 4 with plenty of bathrooms. It was close to everything- Salt lake, the aquarium, the University and Skiing of course! It is just like its description and is a good value. Lastly, Nate was super responsive.

The location was ideal to both ski areas.March Madness was underway and we could not access even local stations. The access to restaurants, stores, shops of all interests was perfect. Nate did try to help but I think the set was new and our patience ran out We would return but use our own devices in the future

This is a great location for people who want to ski or hike in the mountains. It's 20 minutes from Brighton and Solitude and Snowbird/Alta are also close. The place is not super modern, but it's clean and roomy.
