Great communication from the host at all times from before our vacation started to during our stay and then the day afterwards! During our stay, the fridge decided to not work anymore, something that no one wants to deal with...especially on vacation. Although this caused an inconvenience, we were always kept up to date with that status of a new fridge on its way and everything that goes into that. Without asking, we were issued a credit because of the issue and reimbursed for any food loss - no questions asked, no receipts that needed to be provided. The house was very large and fit our family of 14 comfortably...It took a day to get the lay of the house! Beds and pillows were comfortable. We could all be close together or in our own space if need be. The thing I will miss the most is walking down and having my entire family under one roof! Cherry on the top was the heated pool and full control on what temp we wanted it set to!

We enjoyed our holiday stay here! It was nicely decorated and festive. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We will be staying here again in the future.

The home is amazing, very spacious and great for a large family. Heated pool and hot tub was used daily. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. A nice park within walking distance. Arrived to a beautiful Christmas tree which was perfect since we were celebrating our Christmas with our grandchildren. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. We will definitely come back.

Great place to stay at if you need the rooms. Rhe home was very nice on the outside and in a quiet neighborhood. Amenities weren't used because the temperature was cold.
