George's house was a lovely welcoming place to stay. Very calming and everything was brand new and very modern. We had everything we needed. It was lovely that the house was so warm and cosy as it was a really rainy weekend. I like a really cool room at night and unlike a lot of hotels there were nice airy windows to open to be lovely and cool overnight. When you are visiting relatives for family celebrations you need a sanctuary to escape to and this house really fitted the bill. A lot of effort has gone into sorting the house out and George deserves to be successful in his venture. Lots of restaurants a short walk away. We ate at the turkish restaurant. We just about scraped a table by booking two nights early. We didn't manage to get into the Chinese at a time that worked but picked up a lovely takeaway from them. The restaurants are busy so make sure you book as early as you can to get the sitting you like.
