I recommend this place to everyone visiting Perugia...great location, beautiful apartment and super friendly and helpful host;) Giangiacomo goes out of his way to make your stay the best one, for me it was the best airbnb experience.

in posizione perfetta, a due passi dal centro, l'appartamento è molto accogliente e pulito. Giangiacomo è stato disponibilissimo e non ci ha fatto mancare niente. Nota di merito alla scelta dei quadri e dei libri in casa.

It was our first time in Perugia and so glad we found this place! The location was perfect for walking everywhere, the building is really nice and the apartment was comfortable and probably the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. I appreciated the art and the books and magazines, and all the little extra things in the apartment. Giangiacomo waited for us even though we arrived in the evening and showed us into the place. HE gave us lots of tips and advice throughout the weekend. Very friendly guy, thank you very much, Giangiacomo. Highly recommend this place.

Giangiacomo is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome at his spotless and well appointed apartment. Would definitely stay again if in Perugia and highly recommend.

Giangiacomo completely lived up to his Superhost reputation - proactive in helping us get to where we were going and very responsive to any queries we had. The apartment’s location was brilliant and perfect for two people wanting to explore the historical centre of Perugia. We tried one of his restaurant recommendations and loved it. All in all a very happy trip!
