Separate bedroom with comfortable queen bed & ensuite bathroom, loads of storage. Enjoy your own washer and dryer units. Park in private garage with room for storage. Completely private apartment with private exterior entrance just behind your private single car garage.

Great location. Loved the private garages. I would recommend. Cleaning cost is a little high but other than that I would recommend.
Ross Farm is a peaceful location a few minutes drive outside of Rochester. There are many parks nearby to walk. We were splitting our week between downtown Rochester and the Finger Lakes area and this location worked perfectly for us. The apartment is spotless with a well appointed kitchen.
Beautiful apartment, stayed there while getting settled in Rochester and the hosts were quick to response and helpful. Every part of the process was made clear and it made for a very comfortable living situation.
We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely go back.

We are located in Penfield, NY with easy access to everything that Rochester, NY has to offer.
All guests have a private garage that they can keep their car safe and secure. For those without a car, Uber and Lyft are available for any of your transportation needs. Take the Browncroft Blvd exist off of 590 highway and head east to Penfield. We are at the top of the rise, right across the street from Browncroft Community Church and Faith Lutheran Church, We are a big brick farmhouse with 12 mailboxes at the end of the driveway.
