Good stay, but bathroom shower was so small you could barely turn around. TV is in bedroom and not living room. You could hear walking and music noise from the upstairs. Alex is a friendly and responsive host

We stayed with Alex for a total of 33 days. The neighborhood was great, and there were no bugs, and he was a nice host. That’s where anything good ends. When we arrived it seemed just a little unclean but we were extremely tired and ready to just settle in, so we bought a couple bottles of Lysol and sprayed it down. Shortly after we found poop splatters under the toilet seat. Next dirty food on the silverware we pulled out. When we pulled out the pull out sofa, rolling papers and a woman’s finger nail came out, making it clear that that hadn’t been cleaned. The inside of the fridge was sticky. Very obvious that the place had been straightened up but not actually cleaned. Alex will need things from the basement constantly and come down and knock on the door asking to come in with no warning. The stomping coming from upstairs is COMPLETELY INSANE, it woke us up as late as 11:30 pm and as early as 6:30 am on a Saturday. The roof had a huge leak during our stay. Bed is concave. Ouch!

Si vous n'avez jamais vu un être humain avec un cœur d'ange et bien je vous recommande d'aller faire un tour chez Alex. Alex était extrêmement gentil avec nous, ses services étaient au-delà de nos attentes, très proactif durant tout notre séjour dans son appartement. Le ldieu était bien propres et les effets biens rangés. Je suis persuadé que j'y retournerais très bientôt. Alex merci du fond du cœur pour toute ton aide.
