The Bear Hug Lodge was perfect for our ski vacation. The lodge was close enough for us to be dropped off and picked up after our time at the slopes. And it was the perfect environment to relax afterwards with the game room, fully equipped kitchen, and hot tub for our sore muscles. Pam and Ed were easily accessible by text and made our check-in and check-out process a smooth one. Would definitely stay here again. The lodge was perfect for our party of 8.

Great place to stay. Close drive to everything. Ed and Pam great hosts. Tessa was amazing letting us in and showing us around. We will definitely be looking to stay again on are next visit to big bear.

Ed and Pamela were very responsive. There was a lot extra towels and toiletries available. The hot tub was ready to go and perfect for the winter weather. The game room was a huge plus as well.

We had such an amazing time at Bear Hug Lodge! The kids enjoyed sledding at the snow play area down the street from the cabin, and the game room got plenty of use. Ed and Pam were super responsive and friendly before, during, and after our stay. Checking in and out were smooth, and the cabin was lovely. We'll certainly be booking again. 5 stars!
