It is a decent place to stay near kashid beach. The property manager was very polite and helpful. The property needs maintenance and cleanliness, food options are very limited but tastes were really good.

Rooms are really clean with modern tech This is private villa and properly secured by their care taker, Satyam Rikame We also had great breakfast, lunch and dinner freshly cooked for us whenever we needed by our in house cook, Sakshi Rikame. Such a polite soul and always ready to serve us delicious food on request.

Good location, spacious rooms, home like food, courteous staff. there were however mosquitoes and damp smell when we visited. other than that, good place to crash for a day after outing at the beach.

it was homely but not at all professional. rooms felt very cheap
