German's cabin (administred by Mathias) is spottlessly clean and very comfortable! We stayed there on cold days but it was nice and warm inside, with hot water available any time of day. German is wondeful host, very helpful, he even speaks english which we found a rarity in Chile :) We would return again!

Both Mathias and German were great hosts and really responsive. We booked the place last minute and they were really helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The location is a bit further from the main areas (about a 25 minute walk) however it is right next to a supermarket which is useful and you can get a cheap Uber into town for less than 10 minutes.

Our stay at this apartment was pleasant and comfortable. The cozy two-bedroom space with a well-equipped kitchen and hot water made for a convenient stay. The washing machine, along with the provided detergent, was a helpful amenity. Two heaters in the living room and bedroom ensured warmth. WiFi worked well. The location is excellent, near the Unimarc supermarket. Hosts German and Matias were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we'd consider returning the next time we are in Punta Arenas.

Está bien calefaccionado. Si bien tiene una vista a un espacio libre no es usable o vistoso. Los anfitriones son muy cordiales y proactivos. Tener en cuenta que es un poco lejos del centro, restaurantes etc, se necesita tomar taxi. Hay un supermercado muy bueno al lado. La entrada directa es por un garaje de no muy buen aspecto pero el interior es lindo. Si estás buscando un lugar comfortable es recomendable!
