Allison’s place was the perfect stay for my family and I. The amenities and cleanliness of the home surpassed my expectations and the pool was the perfect touch. Very quiet surroundings and overall a peaceful stay.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator. No upstairs neighbors and had high ceilings. A/c and WiFi worked wonderfully. The area is peaceful and quiet with lush surroundings. There is a very useful guide and the kitchen was well-equipped with coffee and coffee maker. We ate all our meals out since there is so much to explore! There were beach chairs, umbrellas, floatiies and two sets of beach towels for our use which was very convenient. Would definitely stay again! We loved Rincon and the surrounding areas - beautiful beaches and waterfalls. Apartment was perfect for our stay and we would recommend it to anyone looking to explore the west coast!

100% would stay again and recommend. The apartment was super clean which we really appreciated! The kitchen had all of the utensils we needed for cooking meals, the pool was clean, they also had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. The location was great as it allowed us to easily walk to a nearby beach.
