Palazzo Giani is located in the historic pedestrian center of Chiavenna and is located inside an ancient 14th century palace, with an exclusive garden and private internal courtyard, shared only with guests. There are 3 types of apartments. CAURGA Apartment is an elegant apartment, characterized by its beautiful vaulted ceiling, located on the ground floor with non-direct access to the garden and internal courtyard, but accessible from a corridor of the building. The CAURGA "Deluxe" apartment is located on the ground floor. It is an elegant 38 m2 apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It distinguishes it for its beautiful vaulted ceiling. It is open space, consisting of a fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer. There is a comfortable double bed, a sofa that becomes a comfortable double bed to accommodate the third/fourth guest, a table and Smart TV. Everything is completed by a bathroom with a large shower with shower head, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. We provide each guest with sets of towels, toiletries and slippers. Minibar/cellar service available, with water, a selection of soft drinks, beers and wines for a fee. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating and free high-speed Wi-Fi network. In the Palace there is a garden with a beautiful internal courtyard, for the exclusive use of guests of Palazzo Giani. Leaving the apartment, continuing along a corridor, you will have the possibility of accessing via a door and some steps, the garden and the internal courtyard, with a splendid view of the Mera River. Our garden is a hidden paradise where you can relax and enjoy good wine, it is our best kept secret.
