We had a wonderful stay at Solitude Pointe. Dave and Amy are great hosts. The views from the house are incredible. The front porch swing is perfect for watching the sunset.The house was very clean and had everything we could need including charcoal and tools to grill, s’mores supplies for the fire pit, games and plenty of towels in the bathroom. We spent a long weekend visiting with our two children at Virginia Tech, taking a ride up to Mountain Lake Lodge, a short drive to Floyd for the Sunday bluegrass jam at the Floyd Country Store and Sunday brunch at the Farmhouse in Christiansburg. Really did not want to leave and hope to be back again soon.

Best Airbnb we ever stayed. Dave and Amy were very responsive. The house is so clean, it looks like brand new. No flaws!!!!!! The views are amazing

This is the second time that we have stayed on this property. There are two nearly identical houses on the property, and they are both amazing. It was a perfect place to meet family from different locations for the holidays. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and it’s close to VT with beautiful surroundings. This by far the nicest airbnb that we have stayed into and will look to book this one first before we make travel plans.

We chose Solitude Ridge because it was a convenient midpoint for our family to gather for Thanksgiving. The house is lovely, very comfortable and inviting with beautiful views. We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving and enjoyed exploring the area. Dave was very responsive and even had an EV charger for my son's car. Thanks for a great time!

Solitude Pointe is a beautiful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of any metropolitan area. And it comes with all the makings for s’mores!
