Located close to Munnar Town (24 km) and Idukki Arch Dam (30 km), ours is a 4000 sqft spacious waterfront bungalow on a 14 acre farmland set on the slopes of a hill with unobstructed views of the Kallarkutty Dam reservoir. Our bungalow will be ideal for family/friends get-together and for international travelers looking for a perfect getaway. We're also open for business travelers and have high-speed internet and other amenities. The bungalow features two spacious living room along with indoor and outdoor dining area and a full indoor kitchen. All three master bedrooms are spacious (around 200 sqft) and fully furnished with bathrooms attached to it. The fourth bedroom with Queen Bed is also bath attached but is smaller compared to the other three. The fifth bedroom is small with a single bed and has no attached bathroom. If the number of guests is more than 10, the second living room will be used as a bedroom with a queen bed. The bungalow offers multiple locations for guest to hang out in large or smaller groups. The bungalow is located in a very safe area tucked away from the main road (NH185) with amazing views of the lake.

Wonderful experience! Gosh the lake view during rain was sooo mesmerising Sujith is so kind polite hospitable Prompt & Very helpful in giving instructions and also fulfilling requests like getting grocery & dinner as we arrived late and letting us know everything in Advance House ❌ Home ✅ The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils that helped us to cook for 14 members at ease All the utensils and kitchen was kept clean after every use by the house help We had such a pleasant experience and lovely stay 🫰🏻 Loved it and my family loved it as well If you plan on cooking and you’re from Tamilnadu I’d suggest to get your own rice as our variety of rice is not available everywhere but otherwise we can get everything here
Sujith was great and very responsive. He was available at the property throughout the stay and recommended great places to visit. He arranged great food and got it delivered whenever requested. the property is a 14 acre property with spice trees all around and a beutiful lake right infront of it.
Sujith was a fantastic host, and the place was as secluded as expected. The ambience was lovely and surrounded by wilderness. The house was massive, spacious, and equipped with all necessary toiletries and kitchen utensils. Easily accomodates 13+ guests.

Taxis & Auto rickshaws are available for transportation and is recommended to book in advance. The farm can be covered on foot. There are nice hiking trails in and around the property. The dam and the local areas around the Dam also provide a nice scenic walk.
