We can accommodate up to 14 guests in 6 bedrooms, including 1 King with a sofa bed, 4 Queens, and 1 Double, along with 2 bathrooms, 2 washers, and 2 dryers. The exterior is equally impressive with a large, private terrace equipped with a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the sun, and offering spectacular views of the cross on Mount Royal, an iconic symbol of the city. This unique cottage, CITQ certified (number 3065), is the ideal setting for those looking to combine comfort, luxury, and elegance in the heart of Plateau Mont-Royal. Additional Benefits: For large groups or families, take advantage of a unique opportunity to rent an additional 4 bedroom apartment on the lower level, "The pearl". This option can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people and allows you to enjoy all the attractions of both properties, which we affectionately call “The Plateau Exclusive”. Unfortunately, we are not authorized to allow any pets. If you have a service animal; please contact us prior to booking. Subject to an automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet if not honored.

Good stay
The home matches the description well, and the location is absolutely unbeatable. It isn’t bursting with character, but certainly can’t complain about a nice home that can comfortably fit so many. All necessary amenities were provided, and even some extras (like 2 nespresso machines), and the host was responsible and very helpful. There was a bit of a learning curve with parking, but once we figured it out it was no problem. The only note to keep in mind is that one of the bathrooms has a shower but no toilet. We managed fine, but something to note nonetheless. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend for large groups looking to get the most out of the city.
The location is fantastic - easy, 8 minute walk to Metro and 20 minute walk to park at Mont Royal. So many really good restaurants, markets, bakeries, and stores to walk to! The apartment is incredibly spacious, beds are super comfy, the pool table is so fun, and the w/d are convenient. Awesome space!

My group had a good stay at Mickael's place. Great location and great place. Check-in was easy and the place was clean. The location is excellent, as there are shops and attractions within walking distance in any direction. Great stay overall, no issues worth mentioning.
