It was wonderful Ryan handled everything upon check out except for us taking out the trash. For instance we didn't have to strip the beds start the dishwasher.. .That was the first time we experienced that and it made check out very easy. And normally we're used to attend a 10 am check out we had an 11:00 a.m. check out with Ryan which was also glorious... and when we arrived in Tallahassee he said we were able to check in the moment we arrived instead of the traditional 3:00 p.m. which really helped us out! We'll be looking to stay with Ryan again next year when we make our annual trek to Tallahassee

Great clean place just as described

We stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend and the big football game. House is exactly as described, well maintained, super clean. Loved that each room has its own bathroom, well stocked with hand soap, toilet paper, and any toiletries you may have forgotten to bring with you. Also loved the coffee station fully equipped with a Keurig and pods, sugar and cream. Looking forward to staying again!
