Receiving a full renovation in late 2021, no expense was spared in the design or appointment of this awe-inspiring luxury condo. From Thermador/Monogram appliances to designer furniture In respect to the floorplan- This condo features the very largest floor plan at Gulfside place. Offering 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a Den. The den can configured into an office/TV room with a memory foam sleeper sofa, so that the condo can comfortably accommodate 8 guests if needed. Without a doubt, one of the features guests will find most attractive is the walk-out, wrap around, balcony equipped with a staircase leading directly to the lawn adjoining the beachfront. Utilizing this walk out staircase, guests are positioned less than a minute to the white sandy beaches adjacent to Gulfside Place. In terms of the bedrooms, the master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and fantastically appointed bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub. This bedroom directly faces the beach and has a private entrance to the wrap around patio. The 1st and 2nd guest bedrooms are equipped with dual twin sized beds and a king sized bed, respectively. There are bathrooms located adjacent to the 1st guest bedroom and directly to the left after entering the unit through the front door, both featuring walk in showers with high end faucetry and fixtures. As mentioned, in addition sleeping capacity in bedrooms, for spillover sleeping capacity guests may utilize the den which converts into a fourth bedroom when utilized with the sleeper sofa and barn doors for privacy. *Hurricane Ian Update*- Gulfside Place projects that the association will have pools, tennis, grill areas and elevators all working by January of 2024. Please be aware that the association grounds will have active construction occurring on the building board walks, clubhouse, landscaping and other communal elements. The interior of the unit has been completely repaired and suffered little to no damage from Hurricane Ian. There will be an abundance of construction traffic and workers as many units are being rebuilt. The community hallway floors have had carpet removed and are sanded down but are not yet epoxied and that won’t happen until later in 2024. The handrails are still to be replaced so there will likely be temporary handrails in the earlier portion of 2024 until handrails can be permanently replaced.
