There is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm), a sofa bed (60x185cm), a large mirrored wardrobe and a work station with a height-adjustable table.

Der Gastgeber ist mehr als hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Extrawünsche erfüllt er super schnell und zuvorkommend. Der ÖPNV ist gut zu erreichen, auch wenn die Haltestellen nicht gleich um die Ecke sind. Das Haus ist angenehm ruhig, was mir bei meinem dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt wichtig war. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist mehr als ausreichend. Besonders der Kaffeevollautomat war sehr hilfreich, wenn ich es morgens eilig hatte.
Eine schöne Wohnung, sehr gemütlich. Jedoch ist die fünfte Schlafgelegenheit doch etwas unbequem. Sven ist super freundlich und bei Fragen und Problemen gut zu erreichen sowie sehr flexibel. So konnten wir nach Absprache schon früher in die Wohnung, was uns den Tag sehr erleichtert hat. Also definitv eine Empfehlung für diese schöne Wohnung.
Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft von Sven! Prima!

In 9 walking minutes (900m) you are at the tram stop Gohlis/Landsberger Str. From there every 15 minutes during the week a tram goes directly to the main station and the city center. You will be there in 22 minutes. The city center is directly in front of the main train station.
By car you are in 13 minutes (6.8 km) at the main station and in the city center.
You can reach the new exhibition center by car in 8 minutes (4.3 km), on foot and by tram it takes about half an hour.
A 10-minute walk (1km) from the accommodation is a Konsum (grocery store) where you can get all the food and drinks you need.
