The location is not crowded at all. You'll find people of good gentry around. However, options for hangout or eat out are very very limited but you can always order if you want to pay more. The bus stop is close but it takes longer for it to take you to the touristy areas.

Muhammad is a great host. You will feel comfortable and if you have any concerns he will try to solve them at the earliest. Muhammads offer is always best as compared to the neighbors. Great for short and long stay. Not crowded, well equipped and maintained. If you are new in the city he will help you to explore the city as well. Highly recommended

Mr Muhammad is an amazing host, made sure to inform me with everything I needed about my stay and kept in touch daily with no issues. Always willing to answer questions about anything and will do his own research to make sure I travel around and eat the best food at a cheaper price. Trustworthy person and would recommend to book with him without doubting anything. Keep up the good work Muhammad I thank you a lot!
