Unfortunately we did not have a satisfactory stay due largely to a strong damp/mould/musky smell in the Main Bedroom/En-suite. This room was not only unsafe in air quality but unusable, the smell was overpowering. The manager Wenqi and her offsider were argumentative a rude, suggesting this was aromatherapy smells. Fans were provided, which we had to assemble, but did not assist as the main bedroom does not have opening windows in these rooms, and with the amount of spiders including a huntsman and white tipped spider on the first night we did not want to open the sliding door which Wenqi suggested. Take your own insect spray. The Kitchen utensils, ceramic pots which were unusable on the induction cooktop were oily, grimey and visually dirty, everything required cleaning before using. The kitchen cupboards we mostly empty and looked like they had never been wiped over. Not homely at all. The bins were overfull outside. Otherwise a great view.
