The pear tree cottage is the absolute perfect location, myself and my partner explored so many different locations all within an hours drive. The cottage has everything you need, felt very private and had a secure garden if you have a dog which was amazing! Felt really cosy and such great choice of food selections right on the door step! Really keen to come back to do some more hiking! Thank you David :)

Had a great time at the cottage, perfect location to get out and explore the surrounding areas but also lots of places to eat nearby. The cottage itself is tucked of the main square and us very peaceful and quiet yet only 20 seconds away from all the shops. The cottage was the perfect size for my wife and I and our dog. Everything we needed was in the house and the welcome basket was a nice and appreciated touch. There was a slight smell of damp when we entered the property but didn't feel damp at all, think it may have been due to the property being vacant, im not sure. Overall had a really lovely stay here and would happily go back again, thanks Dave!
Had a fantastic 3 night stay great to relax within the cottage on an evening after a busy day out exploring. Location with 5 minute walk of pubs & shops also a short drive to beautiful scenery, walks and villages/towns. Thankyou David, Regards Gavin & Sian.
Both us and the dogs felt tight at home and settled straight away! Very quick to respond and nice host. The garden is bigger than in the photos and wraps around the property. Books, games and a welcome basket were the best touches!
