A well appointed villa in a good location. 2 large bedrooms with large en-suite bathrooms. Living room and dining area were also large. Kitchen was well equipped noting however there was no dishwasher in the property. The outdoor area including pool was very nice and there was also a roof terrace. Overall a good property that I would recommend - the photos are very realistic of what you will receive.

We stayed for 2 weeks as a family of 2 Adults and 2 teenage children and the place was perfect, the pool was shaded from the sun, so was always cool and refreshing. The Villa has a modern decor and everything you need. It's also very quiet, no street noise at all. The bedrooms are spacious and the AC works great throughout the house. A short walk to local restaurants and the 7/11. We can highly recommend Crash restaurant only 2 minutes walk from the Villa. The local night market at the end of the main street was great for shopping and street food. Thoi was awesome, she was very responsive and great at communicating. We will definitely book this Villa again when we are next in Kamala.

Please book! We picked the perfect Airbnb. Amazing value for money when booking! Location: Kamala is a walkable area with beautiful beaches and is less crowded than Patong. However, Patong is not far at all making the trip there convenient ~25 minutes. All the essentials are within a 3-4 minute walk from the property. 7-Eleven, motorbike rental, restaurants, laundry, gym, massage parlors. The Property: Modern look, a beautiful pool with a waterfall, floor-to-ceiling windows, and great views of the mountains behind. Host: A very responsive host who has choreographed procedures very well. The staff who maintain the property are friendly and professional. Notes: Passport photo taken on arrival. You have to pay for water and electricity. Water comes out to nothing (approx 200 baht). We consumed double the average electricity (200 kWh/day) which came out to 1000 baht/day. We had AC on full blast in every room 24/7 so you will not exceed that amount no matter how hard you try :).

Second time staying in Kamala. Location was perfect 10 minute walk to the beach and only minutes from several local restaurants and 7-11. Thoi was always prompt in replying to any questions which we had and arranged our transfer from the airport. The villa itself was perfect in size for our party of 4 adults. We made use of the pool area and the rooftop solarium was perfect for early evening drinks (remember and watch the stairs on the way back down!). If we return to Kamala in the future we have no hesitation in returning to this villa!
