Host was great for being very helpful and responsive. Great pleace to stay at within the Metro!

The unit itself was great, and Host has been responsive. It could have been a perfect experience if the Host will improve the following issues: 1. Basic necessities such as free drinking water, dishwashing liquid, and enough towels should be provided. It was quite a hassle and expensive to buy drinking water near the building. The Host told me there were 4 towels in the unit but only 3 towels were actually provided shared by 7 adults & 4 toddlers. 2. Mop with bucket should be present because it was really hard to clean the floors 3. Quiet hours is 10PM-7am but someone from the other unit who we believe is living in front of ours, knocked on the door around 7PM which we found offensive. Take note that we didn't used loud speaker and we're just chatting in the living room. 4. We got bored during our stay as there's no board games or movies to watch for entertainment. We just used our data using DITO sim as the Smart Bro WiFi signal was very poor, can't even load chats on messenger.

Booked the place so we could easily prepare for my son’s baptism at a church nearby. The unit was perfect for our group. Host was very responsive and accommodating. There are lots of stores nearby so it’s easy to find stuff you’ll need. The only issue we had was the floors being dirty and dusty and there were no rugs or anything that we can use to clean it. There’s a mop, but it needs fillers so it was useless. We had to use our clothes to dry up so we won’t get the floor wet. WiFi is prepaid and signal was weak during our stay so we had to use our data. It’s perfect for short-term stays but not ideal for work and long-term stays unless of course, the host would attend to the mentioned issues. Overall, it’s worth the price.
