Perfect for Manchester. Close to everything. Bedrooms quiet. Would definitely stay again

We stayed for a long weekend and straight after booking was sent a 10 page long contract including in depth house rules we had to sign along with sending all of our IDs & emails. From the get go it felt very complicated and made us feel like we were walking on eggshells and couldn’t properly relax. Their check in time is later compared to other places (4pm) so we asked in advance if we could check in one hour earlier as we wanted to make the most of the weekend. They said they’d send an additional fee charge (£10 per hour) which I was happy to pay but we didn’t receive this. On the day of check in we arrived outside but hadn’t been sent any check in information so we was stuck outside in the rain without access. I called them and they were a bit rude saying they wouldn’t let us in until we’d paid the £10 charge which they then emailed and I had to complete in the street. The apartment itself is ok but obvious signs of wear and tear. Bathrooms quite grubby. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Had a great stay and the apartment is really beautiful and spacious!

Great place and great location, only thing is that check-in is quite late, 4pm, and checkout pretty early, 10am.

The pictures of the flat itself are accurate but it doesn’t give a hint of the really bad neighbourhood it is in or the terrible state of the communal area. A lot of upkeep is needed and it was very warm despite it not being sunny weather. No blinds or curtains in the bedrooms is very strange and made it hard to sleep well
