Really lovely and modern property on the lagoon near Islas Del Mar golf course on the northeast side across from Cholla Bay. A little bit of a drive into town for the Malecon or Sandy Beach resorts of Rocky Point but was a luxury and quiet gated/secured community. Great pool and plenty of space and amenities for a romantic couples stay. Other properties somewhat under construction but not an impact. Would really like to come back and stay again!

This cute little upper story guest house was super clean and modern. Everything you need and more. Lagoon and beach access in a cute, quiet golf community. Max was super communicative and an amazing host. Definitely would stay here again!

The place was clean, but there was no mention of the narrow spiral staircase to get to the apartment. Large luggage would not be possible to get up there. There’s a table on the balcony, but no chairs. The furniture inside was a bit worn out. A lamp on the nightstand didn’t have a bulb. The shower had no water pressure. Also, no toilet paper in the unit!! Nor a trash bag. Kitchen didn’t have bottle opener, wine opener, or measuring cups. Max seemed nice. Just not an ideal place to stay, for the price.
