Lovely cottage in a great location - walk through the park and across the river straight into Chester. It has the best of both worlds - quiet and peaceful and yet a short walk from the centre. The cottage is compact and well organised. It is well decorated and comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and would happily return.

Perfect place to stay for a trip to Chester. Very short easy walk into Chester and a lovely view of the river from the front bedroom. Particularly enjoyed the log burner and the very comfy bed.

Great Communication and location. 5 minutes walk into Chester. House had everything we needed enjoyed our stay. Only slight downside was the house seemed damp when we first go there. I guess that is a function of not being occupied and it's close to the river in a very wet February. it was fine after a few days and whilst we didn't find it and issue the host was very responsive and concerned when. we let them know

Fisherman’s Cottage was recommended to us and it was perfectly located to the city centre. The cottage was lovely and warm and the heating was on a timer which ensured it was always cosy. We had a wonderful time!

Lovely cottage in a very quiet setting, just the sound of the birds and the river to be heard. Easy 5 minute stroll into Chester itself through a park by the river. Cottage itself was lovely, it was nicely decorated just like the photos, it was warm and clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. Would stay there again.
