Tom’s Eco Lodge was set up by Tom Turney at Tapnell Farm in 2012. The idea was to bring a fresh experience of tourism and self-catering to the island and resulted in the first glamping concept to be created on the Isle of Wight. Prompted by an emerging trend in the glamping world, Tom’s goal was to give everyone the working farm and unspoilt country experience. The ethos of the business allows guests to get back to nature and to spend quality time with one another, whilst still having the luxury of home comforts (hot water, electricity, WIFI, electric blankets, hot tubs and so on), creating a home from home that you can return to time and time again! We have selection of glamping, with something for everyone- Safari Tents, Cabins, Modulog, Pods and Domes. We also have a manor house and farm cottages. Guests will always have lots to see and do, including an onsite Farm Park, Restaurant, Aqua Park, Clay Pigeon shooting and lots more!
