Extremely easy check in, detailed instructions with videos were provided that made everything simple and easy. Very clean and comfortable place with a wonderful terrace to relax on. Had an enjoyable stay!

lack of a proper assistance. i expect that the shower works properly. we selected this flat to have 2 bathrooms since we were 3 adults, but we had to manage with one working shower. the hairdreyer almost got fire. we reported on day one, and unfortunelately no proper assistance/replacement was provided. some mascara stains on the bed linen. the outdoor sofa is quite dirty. the flat is nice with a lovely view, but the service needs improving to justify the price.

Atención con el formulario de check in es eterno, piden foto personal tipo selfie lo que es un exceso considerando que también piden foto de pasaporte y muchos datos. Una molestia porque no avisan eso antes. El resto bien, amplio y limpio. Buena ubicación, cerca de mar y supermercado.

In general, this place is fantastic, with an incredible terrace. However, we did encounter some issues during our stay. The outdoor furniture was dirty and covered in bird droppings from seagulls and doves. We requested it to be cleaned or replaced, and we were assured that it would be taken care of. Unfortunately, no one came to clean or replace the furniture, making sitting comfortably on the outdoor sofa impossible. It's important to note that this property is managed by Iloft, a company that oversees around 200 apartments in Malaga. This means there isn't dedicated attention to your specific needs, and it can be challenging to get a prompt response. No one will greet you or be available in the building for you. To top it off, the air conditioning stopped working during the final days of December. While we understand that it's a busy time of year for repairs, we had to endure five days without AC, which was incredibly frustrating and uncomfortable for all of us.
