Rachit was a wonderful host who stayed in touch and received us at the property. The house was exactly as it looked in the photo. Definitely a place I’d book again on my next travel. The location is great as well, easily accessible with lots of restaurants nearby.

In my opinion it's the best option to stay in Moradabad cause the only good option is Hotel Regency and those guys live on cloud 10. Extremely unprofessional, rude uneducated staff in Hotel regency led me to book this apartment and after staying there I can easily recommend this to friends and family. Especially if you are planning your trip with toddler you will feel at home as Rachit has everything including a bottle sterilizer which I was extremely impressed off. A very nice restaurant is next to the building, supermarket and ATM are in front. A mall is nearby too like 800 meters so all the convenience are nearby. Book this apartment without worrying and you won't regret. ***** for property, amenities, convenience. Rachit was extremely cooperative and a great host.

A good stay and felt like home. We had an infant with us and wanted an equipped kitchen, which was a great respite for us. Thanks for your hospitality.

Well, I usually don't do reports or feedback, but this time it's different. The house, the service all ok. But I got seriously ill during the trip. I was sick alone, while in india it was holy festival. everything outside was closed . Finally my BNB host saved me, I gave him the name of the medicine I needed, and he found it and gave it to me for free. This is India, for us Westerners. The house, cleanliness, punctuality is not important, what is needed is a host to save us. I recommend this house to you. And if you are on a business trip with the whole office better, there are three bedrooms. three bathrooms. It is an excellent solution for working and living
