我们是8月7号下单的，两个人住，原本定了8月8、9、10三个晚上。位置不好找。出租车司机打了好几个电话也没找到。他描述里面写的一个房间两张床，但实际到达只有一张床，另外一个是床垫子，放在地上。床上铺的床单是带颜色的，分不清干不干净。垫子上有一个浅颜色的被芯，脏乎乎的，没有被套。说实话，房间倒是比较宽敞。但根据习惯，要脱鞋光脚进屋，我朋友身体不好，光脚走路会拉肚子。所以我们决定另外找旅馆住。当天晚上就住了另外一家，并且当天晚上大概6.7点钟就告诉了这一家房东，我们取消了后边两天晚上的住宿，当天晚上就算了，但我们也不住了。房东表示第一天晚上的费用也退我。可是，房东迟迟没有通过我取消后边两个晚上的申请。到8月20号，我再次联系房东时，他居然拒绝了我的申请！！这个时候我想找Airbnb 协商已经过了期限！我再次跟房东联系，他说要给我现金。我已经离开尼泊尔了，怎么可能会再拿他的现金！并且，刚才他只要通过申请就可以了，却拒绝了我的取消申请，说是技术问题—真的不可信。我要求他把后边两晚上的房费打到我账户，他说不行。随后，他才通过Airbnb 退给了我两个晚上的房费（205人民币），而服务费和第一天晚上的房费共145人民币，我就都损失了。钱不多，但这个服务真的太让人费心！我非常不满意。我用这个平台很多年了，第一次在Airbnb 碰到这样的事。

房子离帕坦杜巴广场2分钟步行时间，周围生活便利，商店餐厅都很多。房主热情，其他房客也很友好，推荐旅行入住。

Super friendly host always ready to help and to show you around, and at the same time relaxed and unintrusive, which is cool. Amazing location in the heart of Patan with lots of space inside the house. Yet it can be noisy sometimes (mainly because of the dogs and pigeons - but that's how it is around...). Also there is a roof where you can sit in a garden of pot flowers watching a vast landscape of roofs any time of the day. Also the wifi was good for work (~ 170 mbps). Also there were 2 tables in my room: one for work, one for non-work things. TWO tables! Finally someone understands what a working traveller needs! Will definitely stay here again when I'm around.

Great accommodation (private, quiet, clean, washing machine and clothes dryer). Incredible location (a stone's throw away from Patan Durbar Square). Great local eateries. Really helpful, friendly and relaxed hosts.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Küche und Zimmer ergeben zusammen viel Platz, wo man sich vom turbulenzen Kathmandu auch einmal zurückziehen kann. Es hat uns gut gefallen.
