The "Beach Escape" is located about 1 mile south of the Ocean Board Walk in Daytona and under 5 miles from the International Speedway. It is steps from the beach and there are many pedestrians in the area. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance. You are neighbors with 7-11 so drinks, food and supplies are near. There are pedestrians walking by the busy area and the neighborhood has a mix of all cultures and ethnicities like most of the Daytona Area. Plenty of natural light comes through large windows throughout the house. The kitchen and laundry area allow easy meal prep and are connected to the dining area. Bedrooms are located just off the main areas and has hanger areas in each room. There are 2 Queen bedrooms, a Queen sofa sleeper in living room and a 3 XL Twin bedroom. Step out into the fully fenced backyard and enjoy the fire table or soak in the sun while you prepare a BBQ meal and marvel at the lush natural surroundings. You may encounter all kinds of critters as Florida is home to lots of wildlife and bugs. We have regular pest service but the tropical climate can bring lots of critters. We look forward to you finding your happiness at our family home. This could mean unplugging for a while, watching a movie, walking to the beach, or curling up on the sofa with a good book.
