Comfortable and clean in a nice area - enjoyed our stay. Tv could be a bit bigger with some more options like netflix

Everything was as pictured inside. Directions/instructions on finding location were clear. Place was clean and spacious. Only downside was a lot of steps and no lift which is probably not that unusual for the location. After going up two flights there is an extra surprise flight down directly leading to the door. Building seems safe and clean, quiet. It is a corporate run location that may have a mixture of long and short term flats in building. Both bedrooms are large with wardrobes. First bath off one bedroom and other off main hallway. Nice layout/privacy for family or even two couples. No ability to drop off bags prior to check in.

Apartment was clean and neat. Great location, close to tube station, restaurants etc. Team super helpful when help required.

Excellent value for money. We were there in the hottest days registered in London - being a split level apartment we were able to get through them comfortably enough because the bedrooms were downstairs. Communication before check in was a bit slow but they were extremely responsive during our stay.
