There is no stress for meals at home in our lovingly upgraded kitchen, with the Carolina Beach Farmers Market right across the street at the lake, or local farm fresh produce a block away at Veggie Wagon. Fancy a meal out? Barbecue is only a two block walk away, or you can have Kates Pancakes or Vinnies Pizza with a four block walk. Overlooks the ocean. Pub table with 2 chairs, 2 rocking chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs with cocktail table, 1 chaise. Primary Bedroom Suite: Oceanfront, smart TV, King size bed, ceiling fan, private access to the patio, En-suite Bathroom with Vanity, walk-in shower. Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, twin size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, attached bathroom. Guest Bathroom: Vanity, shower/tub combo. Stackable Washer and dryer Parking Parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles below the building. Parking pass required. Parking is monitored by property management. Please adhere to parking rules. If you are coming prior to memorial day and after labor day with the intention of using the outdoor pool, please check in advance if it will be open for your stay. We typically have the pool open around May 1st and closed October 1 but those dates can vary based on the weather. This follows the same schedule as most pools in Wilmington. Rental Policies: In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.  Arrival/Departure: Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm Check Out is by 10:00 am We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure. Electronic Lock Entry. House Rules: No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities No Smoking Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Cancellation Policy: - Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking - After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee - After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee. Things To Do: Adventure awaits.
