Nino’s apartment is highly recommended. There’s a lot of space and everything you need. It is very central, yet in a quite street with nice trees in front of the house and great restaurants close by.

Large apartment at a normal price for an Airbnb. Great mattress. Comfortable to stay for a long time. Friendly neighbors. Quick responses from Nino.

We really enjoyed our time at Nino's place. The place was very relaxing and spacious. The bed is quite large and while we had some initial concerns Nino did everything she could to accommodate us and for that we will forever be grateful. I don't think anyone would regret staying at her place. Georgia is a really lovely place filled with super lovely people. Make sure you have tons of Khinkali! I was asked by the immigration people how many pieces I ate. :)

The apartment has lots of storage space and heating works well in winter. It can be noisy late at night from the street. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor , so eight flights of stairs. There is a tight spiral internal staircase which maybe an issue for people with mobility issues and it is difficult getting suitcases upstairs. Regulating shower temperature can be an issue at times. The second balcony (rear ) looks out onto partly completed apartments.

We enjoyed our stay at Nino's place a lot. It's authentic, warm (it was cold outside) and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, you can get to the all main points of interest on foot, also it has a lot of bars, restaurants and supermarkets right nearby
