Property is not maintained properly. Very old and smelly. No on-premise parking. You have to pay for private parking. The path from parking to the place is unsafe, lots of stray dogs. We got attacked by the dogs. It is very unsafe and my worst experience with AirBnB

This property is one of the best in Anjuna.. The place was extremely clean.. The property is so aesthetic and spacious.. It's like in the movies to be very honest. If you are a big group, this is the perfect place for you.. We really didn't want to leave the place.. Now the staff (Amitesh, Sandeep & Raj) were very polite, patient and they went out of the way to help us with literally everything we asked. Alex is the manager and he was welcoming and communicated things clearly.. But no review can do justice to the property.. It's something that you'll have to experience.. I will definitely remember 1918 by Vacasso for a long time.

Starting with what is bad, there is no approach road for cars - a golf cart (cap 4) comes to pick you up at the Anjuna Parking Square and its a bumpy ride of around 4-5 minutes into the interiors where the villa is. The villa is spacious, vintage and niche, and well cleaned with a courteous hospitality staff taking good care of things. Walking distance from the Anjuna beach. However the geyser in one of the bathrooms was not working and all water suddenly stopped one fine night (the night before our early checkout) causing some concerns on how we would get ready on time to leave the next day.
