I stayed in the Igloo 7c, upon arrival check in was great, we hard a hard time getting there and receptionist (Marieola) was super helpful. The igloo was a nice size. Keep in mind this is like camping and the igloos are the most basic ones and probably older so there will be bugs here. We needed toilet paper and with a quick text through whatsup they responded. WiFi was tricky up there in my igloo but we are out in the mountain so that was expected. Next day we had breakfast and it was delicious. We did the Coffee farm tour with Fabiola, she was so sweet and informative. I watched a beautiful sunrise. Worth every penny!!

The Airbnb does not look like the photos they posted on Airbnb. The bedding was dirty, it had hair, stains and dead bugs. The floors were also disgusting. The Airbnb was covered in rust from the door having openings in the bottom where critters and bugs could come in. The room was advertised as having hot water but it didn't have hot water, the toilet barely flushed. I had to flush it multiple times just for number 1. The walls and doors were very dirty. The curtains would fall upon touching them. The room fit four people and they only gave us one bar of soap and tiny shampoo. When we asked for more they said they would bring more but they never did. awful smell.

The views are stunning here! We watched the sunset which was one of the more beautiful ones I've seen. We had a friendly cute cat hang out with us for our stay which was only one evening as we were passing through and hiking the volcano, Santa Anna, the next day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Javier was at the restaurant and made some very good food for us for dinner and breakfast the following morning. He's a wonderful genuine guy that chatted with us and told us about other beautifulplaces to visit while in El Salvador. Would definitely stay here again!
