Nice apartment as shown in pictures and clean. Very helpful and communicative host. We would stay here again because it is a convenient location for us and the apartment was really clean. We arrived practically at midnight and Bertha was great turning on the outside lights and a couple inside so we would not be completely in the dark. The train passes 1 block away so if you are a light sleeper, that may be a problem. If someone is in the apartment upstairs, you can hear them walking around pretty loudly. I have a sound machine so i slept fine. :) The neighborhood is a mix of nice, clean, manicured homes, apartments but some homes are very run down. I personally don't mind and Bertha's home is very safe but others might want to know.

Bertha is a great Host, makes you feel at home, we stayed for 7 days, working 12 hrs. per day, the apartment is very nicely decorated, and we had everything we needed, from an Iron to a slow cooker, but what made it special, she was always outside doing something in the evening and welcome us back from work, every day. Thanks Bertha we will be back Jose

Ms Bertha was a great host, her ace was very clean, very organized, very nice dec I rated, we had everything we needed. Exept for time, this was a working trip, next time that we go to Laredo, we will stay there. Thank you Ms. BERTHA
