Sheets were stained in several rooms or comforters were stained in several rooms, not enough towels, and they were very used. Kitchen had a limited supply of items to use and parking was crazy because you leave your car for five minutes and they tow it away. Very unexpected. I was told only in the nighttime they tow away, but the tow truck driver was very rude, try to resolve before he actually took the car away which was sitting in the street for five minutes while they delivered a gift very unhappy had to pay $125 to to let the car off the tow truck was the house was clean very roomy

The place was Awesome as was the host we has a couple hiccups but he made up for them offering free heat to the pool!!! My fam and i enjoyed our stay thank u dow

The host provided quick responses and answered to all my questions. However, only one thing I don’t like is about the trash. We should have more trash bags in the house because we had only one trash bag when we checked in. Also, the trash bench placed at the front door is very small for trash disposal.

Our stay here was wonderful even though we were really only there to sleep. Had a multiple long days at Universal so it was wonderful to come back to this house and enjoy the comforts. The photos did not do it justice. This house is beautiful and there is plenty of room for your stay. Multifamily visits or family reunions would do well here. We had 20 in our party and we had 1 room that was not used as well as 1 bunkbed. If we are going to return to Orlando with as many as we had I will check to see if this place is available. I highly recommend.
