I've been using Airbnb for a long time and have stayed in various places across Europe, but this was my worst experience. For stays longer than two days, I recommend finding another place. The kitchen lacked basic utilities, including a chopping board, and all pans were scratched. We were also locked out despite entering the correct password, taking over half an hour to get inside in the middle of the night. When facing issues, assistance is minimal, leaving you to deal with problems alone or struggle with ineffective customer service and automated responses.

Great location and personnel in the building is very helpful. The apartment is well maintained and clean. Unfortunately it is not worth the price since the apartment is poorly equipped for a long stay. Pots and pans had no lids, only 3 dinner plates/cups sets available for 3 guests which means you need to wash dishes all the time but they only give you one dish towel (more like and old rag actually). Also, we were only given one set of sheets and 2 towels (for a couple and one infant) to spend a month. when asked for more the response was that we’d have to pay extra. This is not clearly stated in the listing. The coffee machine is there but it had no coffee pods available when we arrived after a long trip and only wanted a cup of coffee, when contacted, my way responded they don’t provide “food”, the response was condescending and rude. Finally, laundry is a nightmare because there was always one or more washer/dryer broken. Frequently only one was functional for the entire building.

Apto muito bom. Bonito, equipado, extremamente bem localizado: em frente ao Parcão. Além da vista bonita, em poucos passos você está no parque. O bairro é um do melhores de Porto Alegre, se não o melhor. O atendimento da My Way foi muito eficiente.

Recomendo a acomodação para quem precisar passar longos dias, ficamos 30 dias e foi td muito tranquilo. A comunicação com a My Way é rápida, prestativa e são muito educados. A localização é a melhor da região, em frente ao parcão, poucos minutos a pé da rua Padre Chagas e seus restaurantes, bares e shopping, seguro e próximos de vários comércios e bancos, tudo sem precisar tirar o carro da garagem. A cama é muito confortável, o quarto silencioso e o chuveiro com bastante água e quente.

Outstanding location, new building with nice furnishings. Windows fit tight and block any noise. Quiet at night, no barking dogs, mosquitos or flies. AC runs quiet. King bed was nice. The kitchen tools were pretty basic.
