房屋的环境出乎意料的优美，里面设施齐全，用材讲究，宽敞明亮，非常干净，我们住了三天，特别满意。以后再来多洛米蒂的话，我们还会住在这里，并把她推荐给中国的朋友。

The place (Roda a Parte) deserves a 5-star, however I have to sadly give a lower due to some major problems we experienced. The place is nice with new kitchen, bathroom etc. View to the mountain is amazing. Being far, privacy is high (there are other apartments upstairs). Parking is just in front of the door. 20 minutes to Canazei (Sella Ronda). There is a garage for ski storage with some equipment. The host is friendly and helpful. The kitchen has all equipment; induction stove, ovens, coffee machines, dishwasher, kettle, and more. HOWEVER, there was an electricity problem and/or automatic fuse, cutting off the electricity after 2-3 kW. For instance if the dishwasher is running, you cannot cook. We had to sequence everything in the kitchen one by one. The landlords said it will be fixed but delayed due to bad weather. Another issue was the hot water, which was finishing after 5 persons' 5-minute shower. Overall this place with this price is very nice, if the electricity is solved.

Zeer mooi verblijf, goed gelegen, alles zeer netjes en proper. Vriendelijke host, makkelijk te contacteren en goede communicatie. Het elektriciteitsverbruik wordt beheerd via een load management module, maar deze staat momenteel wel te laag ingesteld (3,5kw), dit hebben we doorgegeven zodat dit eventueel aangepast kan worden.
