Stayed at Gail’s place for 4 nights for UNC graduation weekend. Easy drive to campus, amenities nearby- can walk to the grocery store. We had a problem with one of the locks and Gail worked with our schedule to solve the issue in fast order. I would recommend this location for anyone looking to stay in the Chapel Hill area.

Gail’s home was perfect for our family! We were attending a wedding with services in chapel hill - central/ on edge of campus downtown and reception ( and prep) at Fearrington Village. The location of Gail’s place was perfect and my family and our guest had plenty of space for privacy ( for each) coupled with a great ‘living space’ for games, coffee, tv- whatever! Gail was helpful and courteous, and we will be back here when in the area, for sure! We did not have e time to utilize or avail ourselves of the pool or the tennis courts - but both looked nice!

Gail was great. The cleaning team failed to leave extra comforters and she had some delivered for us right away. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

We stayed at Gail’s Airbnb for a wedding in Chapel Hill. We had two small children with us (6-months and 18-months). The home was very clean and super easy to find. There is a food lion about 5-minutes away, it’s about 12-15 minutes from Franklin Street and the Carolina Inn. The rooms were a bit small for a pack-and-play if you have children. The primary bedroom was very large which was great for a pack-and-play, and the 18-month old doesn’t sleep in one anymore so we were fine on space. There was a small backyard, and plenty (and easy) of parking! Would recommend.
