Beautiful, spacious home. Older home so twin bed and full beds were not as comfortable. Older plumbing system so we wondered what type of pipes were there since it was noted in the history that the pipes were original to the home. (100 years?) Home had very few outlets and more were needed. Owner was very concerned about having our family guests over for lunch and charged us for extra cleaning. (We cleaned up our own trash etc.) Our biggest concern and disappointment was this was our family Christmas we were reminded at 9 pm that all guest needed to leave by 10 pm. Many family had stayed to play cards and games. Those guests that had made the reservations were leaving in the morning so we were just trying to make the most of the day we had together. It was a nice spacious place for a family get together; however, the host was reluctant to even allow us to hold the event. It was very annoying to have a text from the owner at 9 pm to have guest leave by 10 pm.

My husband and I were recently married and we booked the Perry House for his family to stay in. It was a wonderful venue for both our families to get to know each other better. We got ready for the wedding there and took some wonderful pictures at this house. Thank you Robert for being so accommodating and responsive to our needs. It was a wonderful weekend and everyone throughly enjoyed their stay. It was the absolute best decision to stay at the Perry House. We even had a few wedding guests stop by to see the house, it was definitely a conversation piece for the weekend. The house had everything we needed and more. Cannot say enough about our time here. 🤍

My adult family stayed at Robert's house for our annual family reunion. Robert made sure we were able to get in the house upon arrival and checked to make sure every met our expectations. The house is beautiful and easily accommodated our all five couples. The kitchen appliances and utensils made me envious. We enjoyed cooking our family meals and sitting around the large dining room table. Beautiful home and great host!

Wonderful older historic house with beautiful, unique furnishings. Had a minor issue with plumbing but Robert took care of it right away.

We very much enjoyed having our family gathering at Robert's place. As described it was built in 1909, so we knew it would be a historic home and we love antiques, so it fit our personalities well. The huge dining table was wonderful for our meals and for our game nights too! We liked how close it was to The Dells, without being so hectic and appreciated that there was off street parking.
