The house is great, a real home from home. It exceeded our expectations in terms of size, cleanliness and general amenities close by - having access to the local gated parks and pools was a real perk. The house was well stocked with everything that you could need for a stay and more. This house is in the heart of the community with lots of local shops and restaurants parks within walking distance. The location meant that it had easy access via the motorway (M1) to both Brisbane and the Gold Coast, which made travelling around really easy.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the area. Great place to stay. Central to everywhere we wanted to go. Theme parks close by, shops within walking distance and not too far to both the Gold Coast and Brisbane. The kids loved the pools and basketball courts plus the gym got plenty of use. Sue-Ann was a great host, quick with her communication and very helpful. Would definitely go back again. :)

We had an awesome 11 days at Sue-Ann's. The beds are so comfortable, the showerhead in the master bedroom is amazing (I need one in my life). Beautiful home away from home, with aircon in the main bedroom and family areas and ceiling fans in other 2 bedrooms. huge fridge and oven (if cooking is your thing on holiday, and plenty of plates, cookware, and cutlery). Wonderful to have milk and basics already at house to allow a cuppa before having to head to shops. Amazing outdoor seating area complete with BBQ. Board games and books came in handy with the 2 days of heavy rain and parks closed. Very quite neighborhood with regular vehicle roaming security checks day and night make you feel safe. Close to parks, shops takeaways if you keen for a walk in the heat or a few minutes to drive. But it's those little touches, the toiletries and welcome chocolates, the lovely and fast responses that make Sue-Ann's a stand out family holiday accommodation. We hope to come back later in 2024.
