We have rented this unit in Arcova Residences during the Lenten Season, it was easy to find (found in both Gmaps and Waze) and it is near the market, mall and other establishments. It has a private area for parking, enclosed in a gate with a friendly Kuya guard assisting us in opening and closing the gates. The unit was spacious for a family of 4, with 2 bedrooms, first room with queen/double sized bed and a split-type aircon and the second room with double deck and fan. They have a sofa and TV as well as a wifi. There's a small ref, microwave, electric stove, and kitchen essentials, which we truly appreciate since our family loves to cook and prepare our dishes. All in all, this place is worth renting, considering its location, price and amenities. We were able to roam around Pangasinan beaches and churches during the day as San Carlos City is near Lingayen and Binmaley area. Thank you Patrizia and to the Arcova Residences staff for accommodating us! :)

The staff are so kind. There's a gate and guard on duty for 24 hours, and they also have parking inside the compound. As someone who's very when it comes to security, I felt safe the whole duration of our stay. Patrizia is very easy to communicate with. I'm happy that I found this place. Will definitely book again!
