The place is ok but these guys grab money like crazy, no kidding. We tried not even to cancel but to shorten an extension after we’ve already stayed with them for 2 weeks. We extended for another week and within less than an hour after that, we tried to shorten it to 4 days instead. We literally requested this change in minutes. These guys never even budged - they made up excuses that they were so “ inconvenienced” by this fact and by the need to reschedule the cleanerthat we were to pay a hefty penalty of essentially $750 which doesn’t make any sense. And Airbnb wasn’t helpful either. To me, it’s looking more and more like fraudulent behaviour and they declined to provide any specific reason how a penalty for reesxheduling an extension could be the cost of these 3 days we were trying to get reimbursement for. All in all, this ruined an otherwise OK experience. Don’t give them money unless you are 100% sure you absolutely lost - no matter what they’ll never give it back.
