What an absolute pleasure it was to stay at this beautiful property! Jason and Tracee were very friendly and gracious hosts! The RV was stocked with so many delicious snacks! The inside is beautiful and has everything you need! Super comfortable bed and lots of space. Dolly was fun to hang out with as we're Samuel and Foxy! The camp fire and smores were an added bonus! Thank you both for a most enjoyable stay!

We just had the most amazing RV camping experience with Jason and Tracee. Let me tell you, their RV setup was top-notch! The RV itself was spacious and well-equipped, with all the amenities you could ask for. It felt like a home away from home! It was clear that Jason and Tracee take great pride in maintaining their RV and ensuring their guests have a fantastic experience. They definitely helped our proposal go perfectly! But what truly set our stay apart was the personal touch that Jason and Tracee brought to the whole experience. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It felt like we were staying with old friends rather than just renting an RV. We can't thank Jason and Tracee enough for their hospitality! If you're looking for a cozy and well-maintained RV with hosts who go above and beyond, we highly recommend choosing Jason and Tracee. They truly made our trip one for the books! Jason and Tracee are very friendly and very on top of communicating with you. They showed us around the farm and introduced us to all their beautiful animals. I was very inspired by this wonderful place they've built. Truly something special.

This was our first time staying in an RV. It was just as the pictures shown. We loved the experience of hanging out and sleeping in the RV, the farm, and the animals. Jason and Tracee were awesome, very receptive, welcoming and made us feel at home. They took us around the farm and lets us (including our kids, of course) pet and feed the cows, pigs, chicken, and sheep. Our son even got to collect eggs from the chicken pen. They have 2 dogs and 1 kitty around that are sweethearts. The farm has a swing and a trampoline that my kids enjoyed too. The RV's fridge has everything one would need for breakfast: juice, fresh cut-up berries, yogurt, fresh farm eggs, snacks, etc. That was a very nice surprise! There is the train track very close by to watch on some lounge chairs. We did NOT hear the trains at night... I guess we were very tired from running around the farm, hehe! They had all the supplies to make a fire and have smores! Super nice! We highly recommend this place and hosts!

Needed a place to stay overnight before we participated in an adventure race in Fredericksburg the next day. It was clean (I'm a health inspector and inspect lodging facilities in NC, so I know what to look for) and the hosts were very welcoming. The s'mores packets & fire pit are so simple, but really add a lot to the stay. They had a volleyball net up when we were there, so that was a lot of fun after 9 hours in the car. It was also fun to walk around and visit the animals real quick before dinner. The hosts had the fridge stocked with some small breakfast items and that was so wonderful to have pre-race. There is a train REALLY close by. If you're a light sleeper, I'm not sure I'd recommend this place unless you have ear plugs (they did provide some) or a white noise machine. Ultimately the positives far outweighed the one negative (train proximity).
