Very unique home in a unique place. Peaceful and private and just a great vibe in this home. Everything as described and a great place to just unplug and escape. Sarah and family could teach a master class on hosting. Highly recommend.
We loved the location, and the views! We sat outside with coffee in the morning in the beautiful yard looking at white mountain caps in early April. We are lovers of Mid Century Modern, and this delivered, right down to the amber (for display only!) square glass ashtray from the era. The house was very clean and neat. The linens and mattresses were super (and I mean SUPER) comfortable. The house rules were minimal and clearly explained on the web site. There were no multiple notes/instructions all over the home as we have experienced in other Airbnb rentals, which added to the overall 'homey' experience. We would definitely stay at the Mallow House again.
The Mallow House is truly special. The attention to detail and authenticity for a mid-century airbnb is off the charts. The view never got old. Our family of four had plenty of room to gather but still have personal space. We spent most evenings in making dinner and enjoying the many games provided. The home is situated in the middle of Palm Springs/Yucca/Joshua Tree. Our favorite venture out was The Copper Room where we dined while listening to live jazz, truly a special evening. My teens especially enjoyed the s’mores kit left by our hostess Sarah. We can’t wait to come back!

Mallow House is amazing as a beautiful relaxing and functional place to make your home base in the Joshua Tree area. Hosts were amazing too!
