Sun Valley Lake is an excellent place for individuals or families. We were there for a family reunion so this place was great inthat it was only a mile and a half from the place we all congregated. My wife and I walked back and forth enjoying the great views and the friendly people who reside at the lake. Thanks James for the great stay!!

A great place to hang out with a small group, place was really clean! Only problem was James slow response (which he said he had very poor service, so it's not entirely he fault)

Jim and Shelley were Amazing, air conditioner broke on July 4th they were responsive and things happen.
