Suave said he would meet us, but when it was time to checkin I wasn’t receiving his messages. He finally texted me on my phone and said he was out of country. I had this reservation MONTHS in advance. This should not have been an issue the day of checkin. He left the room unlocked for us to “self-check in” and the building is not secure. We had to go straight to our venue since check in was impossible. I told him this and knowing the room was unlocked just left me feeling very uneasy. Also if you have allergies/asthma I would steer clear as a lot of marijuana usage was noticeable in the building and air. We were in the room for maybe 6 hours (finally got back from our venue at around 1am, left as soon as we woke up at 8am.) Suave never checked in on us via text, seemed unconcerned with us not being able to checkin properly and never offered anything to make it right. Not even parking reimbursement for having to street park across street when he was unreachable for Checkin.

We had a touch of trouble initially finding the way in (not Suavé's fault, misunderstanding on our part), but the place was great! Suavé was very responsive to our issues, and although we were doing a self-checkin, answered the phone immediately and was very helpful when we were having trouble. Through the whole process, he has been kind and friendly. Private, spacious enough for a busy trip while still having a separate bedroom and small kitchenette for heating up meals. Everything was very clean and comfortable inside the apartment. It was a pretty quiet and lowkey apartment building, as well. The location was phenomenal! Close enough to all the big Atlanta attractions and a very nice neighborhood to walk around, get a coffee, and see the beauty of Midtown Atlanta. All in all, I would recommend Suavé as a host and stay here again. It was very nice having the basement parking spot so we didn't have to worry about finding parking or our car being on the street.

Sauve was very responsive and had very detailed instructions which made for a pleasant check in. Having off street parking in a private lot was a plus. Great location!

Amazing stay I had. Instructions were clear and it was essy to find. The place is in the heart of Midtown and super walkable- Piedmont Park, Olympic Park, Ponce City Market, etc. Also very close to train station-North Ave or Midtown. Also love the room and the living room area. I am super grateful. Thank you, Suave!
