We both had a great time over the three days we stayed here. You couldn't ask for a better location to explore Perth, restaurants, shops, bars and plenty places of interest all within easy walking distance. Flat was lovely, spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need, a real home from home. Communication with Jane and Richard was faultless and Richard met us on our first day to show us round the place and answer any questions we had. Would love to return in the future, if there are any free dates!

Such a central location, making everything walkable within Perth. Buses on the same street also enable you to get out and explore further afield. The apartment is beautiful and so cosy. It has everything that you need as well as extra touches of milk, homemade jams and bottles of water. They are the friendliest hosts we’ve met and so helpful. Richard personally met us when we arrived and showed us around the place as well as giving us recommendations of places to eat and visit. We really appreciated their communications especially when they helped us out with local taxi suggestions. There’s so much to do nearby but it’s also a quiet and peaceful space to relax and unwind. It’s really a great stay and we’d love to return!

Had the most wonderful experience from the moment of booking right through to the time we left. Such a beautiful clean apartment with everything you could possibly wish for. Great location within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, theatre, cinema, etc. Our hosts were so attentive, sending information and recommendations as soon as I’d booked, and being flexible with our check-in time to meet us there and show us around the apartment. There were lots of lovely personal touches, including some amazing homemade preserves…delicious, thank you so much. Nothing is too much trouble for Wee Suzie’s. We had the best time and will always try to use this apartment for all our future visits to Perth…I just wish I could keep this place a secret. 🤫 Thank you for giving us such an incredible experience, we will be back!

This was the perfect spot for my weekend in Perth. Excellent central location just a hop and a skip away from the High Street and round the corner from the Concert Hall where I was working for the weekend. The apartment was extremely well equipped which made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Jane was very responsive when it came to communication and so friendly when I met her at check-in. She recommended the restaurant below the apartment ‘Broth3rs’ for food - suggested I rang down to order and picked it up. The food was ready in 15 minutes, was piping hot and delicious! I stayed a Friday and Saturday and although there was some street noise from local bars and passers-by at nights, it was soon silent when the establishments closed.
